Bourgogne
Aligoté
Terroir
On high vines located in Saint-Sernin-du-Plain, our Aligoté faces due east and thrives on a clay-limestone soil, typical of the Burgundy appellation. This unique terroir gives this emblematic grape variety a wonderful freshness and minerality.
Vinification & ageing
To preserve all the authenticity of this grape variety, we opt for traditional vinification: gentle pressing, followed by vinification in vats, without the addition of SO2 at this stage. Maturation, also in vats, continues over 12 months, bringing out the best of this grape variety.

Tasting
The nose seduces us through its intensity, a mix of aromas of fresh lemon, flint and hawthorn. On the palate, a vibrant freshness is enhanced by iodine and saline notes. The finish, marked by a fruity acidity typical of Aligoté, ensures good length. A pure, bright wine, ideal for convivial get-togethers, and paired with seafood or tapas!
